... an internationally available, dynamic publication that, favorable conditions prevailing, can be accessed 24 hours a day, every day of the year. There is no other communication medium like a Web site. The author(s) can make a change at a moment’s notice, and that change is immediately reflected in every instance of the publication that is accessed anywhere on Earth.

Ask most people who have built a Web site, and they will tell you that it can be relatively easy and cheap. Ready yourself to venture into this exciting new world by taking a little time to learn basic Hypertext Markup Language (HTML).
